My goals as a sitting City Council member are to:

Communicate!
Listen and respond to residents’ needs and concerns!
Be available, reachable, and thoroughly involved!
Show up!

There are several upcoming issues on the horizon that will require thorough research
and thoughtful decision making to provide this city with the best outcome possible:
I have the desire and experience to provide great decision making for these issues.

My personal background is as follows:
Raised in a military (USAF) family stationed all over the country.
Resident of Arizona since 1969.
Resident of the White Mountains since 2007.
Resident of Show Low since 2012.
More than 30 Years of experience in finance and fiscal responsibility.
Active in real estate finance since 1986.
Currently licensed and active in Real Estate Finance in Arizona and California.
Previous small business owner.
I am very active in community events, including organizing and participating in local
vintage car shows and events.
I love this area and all of the wonderful wildlife and natural beauty we enjoy.
I want to serve ALL of the residents of the community to the best of my ability.

I previously served the City of Show Low for five years as a commissioner and vice
chairman on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
My goal while serving the City of Show Low has always been to do what is in the best
interest of the City as a whole, while respecting each individual’s rights and
perspectives to the greatest extent possible.
I want to maintain our community’s wonderful small-town atmosphere, while managing
the inevitable growth and challenges that will arise in the future.
We must continue to balance our community’s wants and needs, managing our
resources and expenses with fiscal responsibility and stewardship.
Some of the more immediate issues we are facing:
Providing desirable amenities to maintain our current high quality of life standards.
Providing strong support for our schools, children, and residents.
Providing affordable housing for our teachers, medical providers, firefighters, police
officers, and moderate to lower income residents and essential business employees.
Planning and implementing our future Sports and Event Center with a long term outlook.
Wildfire prevention and supporting our first responders in every way.

These are just a few of the decisions the Council must address in the next few years.
I want to meet these goals. I can do it!
